I. RETURNS: Your satisfaction with the product you purchased is important. If you are dissatisfied with your Wool & Wildflower product, email us within five (5) business days of date of purchase for further instructions. Returned items need to be received within 10 days of purchase. If returned, the product purchased needs to be returned in new condition and free from odors such as smoke, perfume, and laundry detergents. Fibers are very absorbent of household odors. Any returns that are guest damaged or defective are non-refundable and non returnable.
Wool & Wildflower is not responsible for damages, losses or breakage during return shipments. The guest must use a trackable shipping method and is 100% responsible for the safe return of any product. Wool & Wildflower is not responsible for lost returns. No refunds on shipping charges.
Concerning product exchanges, due to the nature of the product sold, they may be offered in limited quantities.
II. PRODUCTS: Each product is made from wool of various animals including, but not limited to sheep. Every effort is made to describe each product as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue a product, change the description of a product and/or its cost at any time without notice.
III. TAXES: Wool & Wildflower shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for items purchased within the US states requiring the collection of sales tax.
IV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
